On a 3/4 acre lot, this is pet and child-friendly with a fenced-in area for your family/pets. Close to Mall of GA shopping, Cumming, Sugar Hill and Lake Lanier Islands. Cozy Lakefront Getaway w/ Dock and Kayaks

Newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms for adults plus a kids play/bunk room with 4 bunk beds, with wonderful outdoor living space and short walk to deep water dock with party deck. Single slip dock + upper sundeck. The dock slip can be arranged for use with prior notice, and a fee may be charged. Boat rentals can be arranged in advance for our guests. Beautiful lake home situated on the rowing venue of Lake Lanier. All new bedding, newly updated bathrooms and all new kitchen appliances will make you feel right at home! Peaceful, screened in back porch overlooks the large lake lot and private boat dock. We have two single kayaks and a paddle board for guests to enjoy on the lake.
