Our stay simply nestles itself amidst the treetops, embracing the spirit of the place. Step onto 3 acres of Treetop paradise, where the land dips and sways in a 40-degree incline. At nearly 4,000 feet above sea level, Kaayam Kaad breathes in cool, crisp air, boasting an average annual temperature of 21.7°C. So, come, lose yourself in the symphony of rustling leaves.

With a pool, cycles, lots of board games and a great estate walk you will always have lots to do. The estate is bordered on one side by an temple forest. For those of you who must work, we have Wifi.
