Set in our garden alongside a thatched Grade 2 listed house. With its own small patio/garden. Perfect to catch the sun, unwind and enjoy an outdoor meal or a glass of whatever is your fancy. This Somerset hamstone cottage is a 3-minute walk to the village centre which oozes life with butchers, bakers, pub, deli, greengrocers and lots more.

The Potting Shed is a stylish, secluded oak frame barn with tennis court on the stunning Somerset Levels. A luxurious space to kick back and relax in with its own private garden and beautiful far reaching views of the countryside. It boasts a romantic bedroom with kingsize French bed and ensuite. The bespoke kitchen is extremely well equipped, with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, induction hob and fan oven. There is lots to enjoy in the local area from good pubs to fantastic walks.

Forge Cottage is located in the heart of the Somerset Levels, a lovely quiet location to base yourself and explore the local pubs, cafes, walks and cider farms. Or explore further afield as we are only 1 hour from Bristol and Exeter and 45 minutes from the famous Jurassic coast. Onsite babysitting is available on request. Orchard View Cottage sits in the grounds of our house Avalon located in the award winning village of Kingsbury Episcopi. Renovated to a high standard, beautifully furnished, spacious and sunny with stunning views and easy access to the Somerset levels. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with smart TV, dining area overlooking the orchard and newly fitted bathroom. Large garden and hot tub for you to enjoy. Walking distance to a well stocked village shop and local country pub.

The Annexe, Old Churchway Cottage

The annexe is situated in the heart of the Somerset Levels , well above any flood land and easily accessed from the M5 and A303. Completely self contained, it is the ideal base for exploring the region. Located in the village of Curry Rivel, you are in walking distance of convenience stores, garage, post office, and pub - serving coffee, meals, ales and cider. The ancient town of Langport is under 2 miles away and Glastonbury, Wells and Taunton within easy reach.

The Dairy - Spacious & Stylish with Tennis Court

The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.

Haystore- Luxury Railway Carriage with Hot Tub

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located in a private garden on our family farm on the Somerset levels. The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. Wi-Fi, cedar clad electric Hot tub, log fire & star gazing. We also have our own little shop selling soft and alcoholic drinks, home made candles, sloe gin and playing cards
