The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

1860's Victorian guest house in the Catskills

This cozy getaway is on a historical street in one of the oldest villages in the Catskills.  Situated on a street that boasts a charming white framed church, a grand blue stoned library & one of the oldest Opera House's, turned movie theater. Walk to antique shops, restaurants, coffee shops, the park (swim in the summer or ice skate/ sled in winter) or get in the car for scenic drives to surrounding farms, hiking trails & farmers markets in warmer seasons. Perfect for a couple and 1-2 children.

Nestled in the heart of the Catskills and just a 2.5-hour drive from NYC, escape to a winter retreat where you can reconnect with nature and enjoy the serene beauty of the season. Catskills Peakes Brook Cabin-Creek, Pond & Privacy

Take a breath at Peakes Brook Cabin, our cozy and private cabin on a pond, with the brook steaming beside it. Our beloved property is perfect for couples needing to escape the city, decompress and deplug. You're minutes to charming Delhi and other Catskill villages, with nature all around. We are very excited to announce that our cabin has a huge upgrade as of Spring '25. We now have a full bathroom with running water! Note that cabin has a kitchenette, not full kitchen.

The Hamden Inn dates from the early 1840s. It contains two separate units, providing an ideal retreat for small or large groups. Enjoy activities like hiking and fishing plus the antiques, stores and restaurants in nearby Andes, Delhi and Bovina. The quiet town of Hamden is a relaxing place to unwind and this upstairs apartment is designed for long term stays. The inn is just a ten-minute drive from conveniences including a pharmacy, grocery store and a weekly farmer's market.
