This non-smoking apartment is well-stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and restful stay. Fully furnished with eat-in kitchen, shower, and a beautiful, sunny bedroom. Canaan Country Cottage

This is a private, rustic and cozy vacation camp that has been partially modernized with an addition containing two bedrooms. The original part of the building still has that Adirondack camp feel; woodsy and camp-like, but very private. Secluded and also close to Hammond Hill State Forest with many miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking and xc-skiing. The cottage sleeps 4 to 6. We recently upgraded the internet with a fiber connection, and added a propane grill on the back deck.

Step out the front door and have a view of Hammond Hill State Forest and enjoy a 1 mile ride or walk to the Finger Lakes Trails on Hammond Hill. Just 3.5 miles from the nearest convenience store and a 15 minute drive to Cornell or Ithaca College. No Wi-Fi and sketchy cell service, so get away and get "Unpluged."

A Mini Retreat in K-Ville

Enjoy some fun! More than just a place to sleep, it's an experience. Dates you want not available? Ask me. K-Ville is a place where you can sleep and live in and among my art. It’s off the grid and It’s a tiny Victorian village. You can eat in the "cafe" relax in the "square" and sleep in your own private "Loft home" which sleeps one comfortably or two if you like to snuggle tight.
