Off Grid Bus at Bright Sky Farm

Unplug- and recharge- in our rustic converted school bus. Swim in the pond, meditate in the garden, pick raspberries and see some of the best night sky viewing around. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

Beautiful renovated apartment. Fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook. Located on Keuka Wine Trail, on the west side of Keuka Lake, 3 min. from Point of Bluff Concert Venue. Close to Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery, 1886 Tasting Room, 3 distilleries and Steuben Brewing Co. 10 min. to Hammondsport and 15 min. to Penn Yan. Pleasant Valley Farmhouse

This recently remodeled farm house is located in Pleasant Valley, 5 minutes from downtown Hammondsport and Keuka lake. Originally built in 1920, this house now boasts a brand new open concept kitchen with high end utilities, up dated bathrooms with built in tile showers, three bedrooms, a dedicated laundry room, outdoor patio with picnic table and a fire pit. The property is secluded and private offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for your Keuka lake get away.

Shalestone Landing (Lakeside Tiny House)

As the name suggests, Shalestone Landing sits nestled in at the bottom of our home vineyard, atop layers and layers of hidden shale.....perfect for growing grapes! This quaint and comfortable tiny house is located on the west side of Keuka Lake offering lakeside views of gorgeous Keuka Lake. Shalestone Landing is perfect for a couple or small family (up to 4) looking to get away!
