Clean and sunny house near Smith College

Our cozy guest house is in a quiet neighborhood, and is not a primary residence. We are exactly 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen size bed downstairs in an open floor plan, another queen bed upstairs in bedroom 1, and two twin beds in bedroom 2. There is a washer/dryer unit, propane fireplace, and private back deck with views of gardens and woodlands. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river, ending at Smith college.

Relax in our bright, very spacious, and quiet loft, on six open acres. Lounge on the stone terrace, under the stars, by a cozy fire, near the garden. 35 min to Northampton, 35 min to MassMoca, 10 min to Berk. East. Pellet stove, Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, streaming options, and cell coverage. Fully outfitted kitchen with home made granola, and assorted beverages. Two hybrid bikes available for use. There are 3, 5-ft long skylights, and a cathedral ceiling= much natural light!

Culture abounds! Due to families traveling from afar during graduation weekends, we require a 3 night minimum.

Hill-Ross Guest Suite

You'll have the Guest Suite at The Historic Hill-Ross Homestead with private entrance all to yourself. Guest Suite is the renovated carriage house ell off the main farmhouse which houses 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bathroom including your own private patio. One bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed and a single bunk bed. Hill Ross Homestead is a short, 5 minute walk into downtown Florence.

Nirvana's Nest: Private Guest Suite Near College

Nirvana's Nest offers all the modern amenities in a location that combines privacy with convenience. Joan and her canine co-host Desi live in the home attached to the guest house in the back. Florence Center is a walkable neighborhood with a progressive vibe dotted with cafes. A quick and easy 7-minute drive down Main Street leads to Smith College and downtown Northampton. We offer self check-in for your convenience.
