Our cottage has everything you could possibly need, plush linens, a grill on the deck, fire pit, 2 kayaks and a paddleboat Our cottage is 3 minutes to the village center, where there is shopping, and a cafe for dining, we are a 20 minute drive to our beautiful National Park, Kejimkujik, an hour to Annapolis, Bridgewater and Liverpool. We are set amoungst beautiful hardwood trees, with a firepit, and a large deck for barbecuing there is TV, and wifi We are accessible by SXS'S, and ATV's!!!

Looking for a quiet Staycation/Vacation or need a place to quarantine before visiting family or friends? The Cape is perfect year round, located on Shad Bay just 25min from downtown Halifax and 15min from Peggy’s Cove. It has spectacular views from it’s two tiered back deck, 50’ wharf and your own private beach, where you can enjoy the water, sand, beach toys, 2 kayaks and paddle board. With patio doors all along the back, the kitchen, dining and main living space, have breathtaking views.

Enjoy being 10 minutes from both SENSEA Nordic Spa, and Chester Village - where you'll find Chester Golf Course, a selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Only 30 minutes to ski Martock!

Entire Nature Getaway Cottage Herring Cove Village

Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

Waterfront Retreat

Welcome to privately located waterfront camper, only 20 minutes drive from Halifax. Great place to hide away and relax or enjoy water activities on tidal river with ocean access. Bring your kayak or use ours. To preserve the natural habitat of local wildlife, landscape is minimal. Shoreline is accessible but rocky, walk with caution. Camper is well stocked, however, if anything is needed the host is nearby to help. WiFi and Roku is available. No cable TV
