Private retreat 10min walk to beach

Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Wagstaffe Bush Studio

Walk to secluded Lobster Beach; near Killcare, MacMasters Beach & beside Bouddi National Park: a week's worth of bushwalks from the door. You’ll love the studio for its bush & bay setting, QUIET, birds & other wildlife, walk to Palm Beach ferry, estuary or ocean beaches, short drive to surf beaches & boating areas, sense of community, stylish simple building (2016): switch off completely. Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Guests are warmly welcomed to our modern pool house which is located behind our home with private access from the side. We’re a happy family who understand the need for privacy while on your getaway & will not intrude. The pool & garden is shared with us but we are often out and about. - In addition out of respect we will not use it early or late night. Full kitchen and BBQ. Blockout blinds &privacy curtains. All furniture and linen new and hotel quality. Toddler/baby friendly

Mix & mingle at Bar Toto (you could literally crawl home ;) You're in for a sublime sleep on our ultra comfy bed in our petite guest suite. Hit up Lord's of Pour, Maxima or Coast for morning coffee and be sure to treat yourself to scrumptious baked goods @ RISE. Life is good!

Coastal Grevillea Studio Retreat Guest Suite

Studio Guest Suite with it's own private access and private ensuite opening a private verandah looking onto a native garden.5 minutes walk to Ettalong and Ocean Beach. Bring your water sports and enjoy. 5 minutes walk to Umina shops and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to Ettalong Wharf for ferry to Palm Beach. 10 minutes walk to Cinema Paridisio and Ettalong Markets. Quiet area. Great place just to relax or keep busy doing walks, surfing, paddle boarding, bushwalking....

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

Killcare: Seashells on The Scenic.

Our unique fully self contained studio apartment has all you could wish for in this spectacular area! Have a look at the Youtube presentation: 'VISIT KILLCARE'; it says it all! A 3 min drive or a 10 min stroll to the beach or bays with great cafes & galleries & the renowned Bells is just a 700m stroll or drive up the road. For guests who may be attending a Bells function, we are happy to chauffeur.

The Boathouse

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, romantic getaway! Enjoy the amazing views while you relax in this private waterfront sanctuary. During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset.
