Welcome to our comfy bohemian condo! 😍 -Bedroom #1 includes (2) queen size beds, Roku tv, dresser and oversized walk-in closet. -Bedroom #2 includes (2) queen size beds, Roku tv, dresser and walk-in closet. -Laundry room includes washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. We also provide iron and ironing board. -Complete kitchen with all cooking essentials -Fenced private backyard with a picnic table that sits up to 8 people, a barbecue grill and string lights for the perfect cook-out.

Cozy renovated and clean little house in a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood with a big back yard and a nice setting to enjoy an outdoor BBQ looking at the golf course. Very close to prime shopping, restaurants and the zoo. South Padre Island and SpaceX are also close by. This one bedroom house was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is neat and new. A/C units with heat as well as ceiling fans in every room and a 58" Smart TV / WiFi. Parking on the property just in front of the house.

Arroyo City Cottage Fishing and Relax

150 ft. of fishing pier walkway plenty of room Water frontage and sits on over an acre of privacy. Features a 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage accommodates 6 occupants comfortably. There is 1 queen size bed and twin sized bunk beds in the adjacent room 1 sofa sleeper. Includes a dining table with seating for 4 and a kitchenette with a full sized stove/oven and refrigerator. Pot, pans, dinnerware are stocked in cabinet for your fresh catch of the day dinner plans. Don’t forget your fishing rods.

Brownsville Int’l Airport is less than 5 minutes away and 15 minutes from SpaceX Launch Facility on Boca Chica Beach. Our unit has A/C, free Wi-Fi, 3 TV’s, free parking, and a full kitchen w/kitchenware. We have one queen bed and two full beds that sleeps a total of 6 persons confortable.
