Farm Life Refresh!

This 1940 brick farm house was built by my grandfather and tobacco was grown for years. He owned and operated the White Swann Trading Post and grill until his passing. We consider ourselves fortunate and enjoy sharing the beauty and wonder of this place with our family and now you. Today it is in transition from being an active sheep farm. In addition to nice walking and outdoor hangout spots on the 83 acres there is a 9 acre lake where you may enjoy fishing and non motorized boating! Welcome!

Poolside Paradise Close to Fort Bragg, Pinehurst

3 bedroom 3.5 bath spacious private home in a gated community. 20 minutes to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Huge kitchen, seating for 8 in the dining room. 2 fire places. Large yard with pool & hot tub. Master suite includes king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, and bath with Jacuzzi tub. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms downstairs each have their own bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy a large backyard with grill, and pool. Disclaimer: The lake that is visible in the map is currently drained due to issues with the dam.

This lake house sits in the quiet gated community of Woodlake Country Club nestled in the heart of the Sandhills & Pinehurst area. Tee Off in the morning on the newly renovated Maples Golf Course designed by Ellis Maples, go kayaking on the water in the afternoon, have a fire at night overlooking the moonlit water, and enjoy a soak in the hot tub while you watch your favorite movies. Don't forget to make a drink too! There's something for everyone here at our home and we hope you enjoy it!
