Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.

Enjoy the peace and solitude overlooking the quiet private lake (wake speed only), yet close to Caesar’s Casino, golf, wineries, and the city of Louisville with all its activities and nightlife. Great for a romantic getaway for two, or for your entire family. It would also be great for a small church or business retreat. We can accommodate up to 10 if you double up in some beds.

This renovated bungalow offers the perfect mix of a 30 minute drive to Downtown Louisville with a natural escape to river views, hiking, mountain biking and paddling access at the mouth of the Salt And Ohio Rivers. The Pearman Trail is steps from the front porch, just across the railroad tracks, and leads to the public boat ramp, Historic Civil War Fort Duffield and the 7 miles of hike/bike trails which surround it. Explore the towns many National Historic Registry buildings.

Deuward’s Den - In Historic Corydon, IN

Deuward's Den is named after my Father and Grandfather and we have tried to create an experience as unique as their name. This completely renovated and updated 1 Bedroom 2nd-floor apartment is part of a historic home built in 1900. At nearly 1,000 square feet, it is much larger and certainly more comfortable than your typical hotel room. Located in the downtown historic district, it is walking distance to shops, restaurants and more.

Jump out of the rat race and enjoy some nature! Relax with the whole family. Located right on Blue River in Depauw, Indiana which is just East of Corydon, IN. Fish, canoe, kayak, tube on the river. Bring your own canoe/kayak or check out Milltown’s own Livery. Close proximity to Marengo Cave, Milltown, Shoe Tree, Leavenworth, Squire Boone Caverns, Indiana Caverns, an hour from Holiday World. Hiking trails at O’Bannon State Park.
