The Cobb Lake House

Looking for a Lake Hartwell getaway! This spacious lakefront home has room for everyone! Spend your mornings relaxing in the screened-in porch with a cup of coffee. Afternoons can be enjoyed down by the dock where you can sunbathe, kayak or just float around. Fish, dock your boat or jet ski. Public boat ramps are just a short drive away. Relax by the outdoor fire pit or enjoy the WOOD BURNING fireplace in the living room off a spacious kitchen and dining room. A great way to spend a vacation.

Private-Lake getaway-7 mile view from dock

Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Peace of Hart Retreat!

This peaceful retreat has everything you need to relax and breathe. It overlooks farmland pastures with wildlife and livestock in all directions. It is 6 miles from downtown Hartwell which hosts many restaurants, a brewer, and many community affairs. It is just a few miles from several lake access points. Plenty of easy maneuvering parking for your boat! This would make a great long term work related stay as well. Sorry, but no pets. Security cameras are on the exterior of home.

Panoramic lake views on gentle, deep water lot!

Our Lake Hartwell home is Custom built and sits in a Gated 3 home community with a park like setting that is truly spectacular. We enjoy sitting on the front porch looking at the 'park' just as much as sitting on the back porch viewing the lake. The house is so close to the lake with unobstructed views and a gentle walk. We've been visiting Lake Hartwell for over 10 years and have never seen a lake home in a better setting or with a better view. We have a brand new double slip dock!

Our house enjoys amazing lake views and is perfect for the tournament fisherman, the boating enthusiast, golfers, families and those just needing to relax. We are down the street from Stonecreek Cove Golf Course in a countryside atmosphere and are comfortably close to the renowned Green Pond Landing, host to many national fishing tournaments.

Rentals from June to Middle of August have a 3 day minimum.

Lake Livin' at its finest! Our fully furnished home is situated in a quiet cove right on Lake Hartwell. You'll have easy access to the lake and use of our water toys and covered dock. Well-known for some incredible fishing so be sure to bring your rods, boat, and jet ski, or rent something fun from the local marina that you can park in our dock.
