Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, library, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, no shower or wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Country Cabin Two by the Trent River

The cabin facing the river. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Bedroom 1: has a Double with a single on top. Bedroom 2: has two singles bunk. Living-room has a sofa bed. The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, large air-fryer , microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. Hiking, ATV, Snowmobile trail runs right behind the cabin for all year fun. A/C in the summer and fully winterized. Unlimited STARLINK Wi-Fi. "NO PETS" policy.

The Woodland Escape

Step back in time. Experience living in a one room cabin heated by a wood stove and lit by candles and lanterns. Your bathroom is an outhouse. There is no running water or electricity. You can ski, snowshoe or hike on the 40 acre property. Also, within minutes of the cabin are numerous trail systems, lakes and beaches. Camping by the River

This Campsite is situated on the Moira River between Tweed and Madoc. It is on my 4 acres of property and my house is in within site depending on where you set up. I have a canoe that is available for use to explore the semiprivate river. The campsite has the cleanest outhouse and a outdoor shower with hot water. There are many trails to explore as well as local conservation parks. Let me know what you're interested in and I can show you the way.

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite -No Cleaning Fee

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does not include the entire cabin. Christine's Log Cabin is directly across from the beautiful Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.
