Downtown is less than a mile walk or drive or bike. This newer house with a walk-out basement, rec room with foosball, Pacman, fireplace, firepit, and smart TV (streaming channels only!)), has been recently redecorated. The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
