Just minutes away from the heart of Cedar City the Festival City and Brian Head the home of wonderful skiing. Several close national/state parks are at your finger tip with their amazing beauty. THE BEDS: are one King, twin rollaway, twin flip out mattress, queen blow up mattress. Sofa is not a pull out.

Enjoy your own private stay in the Basement of our home. Private outside entry into cabin like vacation rental. Warm, clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly neighborhood, beautiful surroundings, enjoy the beauty of our valley and mountains from the backyard. Only 20 minutes to Bryce Canyon NP and 60 minutes to Zion NP. *The entire basement with all pictured areas (bedrooms, living room, bathroom, etc.) are all yours with no shared spaces. Cozy cabin tucked away in the Utah mountains. Surrounded by pines and clean air. Living room with loveseat, 2 chairs, TV, and gas fireplace. Open split loft with 2 comfy, warm queen beds. One bathroom downstairs with a shower. Front and back decks. The area has ample hiking and ATV trails, and is close to Bryce Canyon and Zion. YOU'LL NEED A 4X4 AND/OR CHAINS DURING SNOWY SEASONS FOR ALL CABINS IN THIS AREA. The highway is plowed until 7 pm. Roads within the Village are not plowed.

Kitchen and Shower essentials are provided. BBQ is outside in the courtyard for grilling.
