This very warm house is tucked away on a back section with plenty of off-street hidden parking. 4 good sized bedrooms and large open kitchen, dining, lounge with log burner, and outside dining/ sitting area looking over a picturesque view.

Incredible lake and mountain views from both indoor and two outdoor living areas. Recently renovated the house is comprised of three double en-suite bedrooms, large open plan kitchen with all new appliances and a butlers pantry, a large living/dining area upstairs and a separate adult media room. Downstairs you’ll find a large bunk room with a separate bathroom and additional separate toilet along with a kid’s media room.

Modern warm house, with a large courtyard. On clear nights amazing stargazing over Mt Iron, in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The house has three bed rooms. One with King bed with ensuite, walk in wardrobe. The other two with Queen beds and main bathroom over the hallway. Open plan kitchen, living and dinning. Log burner and or heat pump to stay nice and cosy. Located a quick 5 minute drive to down town Wanaka.

Great mountain views Quiet, private, off street, Central location, close to lake & town centre This modern, spacious home is from a semi elevated site with warm and comfortable living. Property fully fenced. MINIMUM 5 DAYS OVER New Year and peak times. Cleaning fee of $150. Linen hire fee $20 per guest. This is an additional charge. Pet fee $25 per pet per night.
