Welcome to Sunset Heights! Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood within the Great Smokies, you will find our new, bright and cozy studio that features breathtaking up-close Mountain View’s. We are only a 1.5 mile hop onto I-40 that takes you 17 miles into Asheville or 15 miles to Waynesville. We are a perfect choice if you need an easy overnight rest, or stay longer and enjoy a fully furnished studio that is close to hiking trails, fly-fishing, mountain bike trails, elk viewing and skiing.

Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
