Quirky Comfort in the Heart of Heacham

Curlew Cottage is a gorgeous property right in the heart of Heacham. It was built in 1846, but inside - well you'd never guess! Original features like latched doors give it away - but it's bang up to date in terms of decor. It's south facing - so you get the sun all day in the enclosed garden area. You have private off road parking. Close to shops and just a 20 minute walk to the wonderful wild Heacham beach - and there's lots of other great walks and amazing places just a short drive away .

Unique beach house next to sea, lake and RSPB

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

The Snuggle is a newly converted, immaculately presented, "bolt-hole for two, tucked away in a peaceful location with lovely far-reaching panoramic countryside views. This small but perfectly formed hideaway has been carefully designed to provide comfortable living space, with ample storage space, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and contemporary shower room. Outside there is a terrace area with outside table and chairs, enjoying gorgeous open rural views. Paddle board hire available

A modern, fresh fully refurbished 2 bedroom bungalow. Set in a quiet residential area in the coastal village of Heacham. Perfect for visiting Royal Sandringham, the beach and all the pretty coastal villages that Norfolk has to offer and not far from the seaside town of Hunstanton. The bungalow offers a conservatory, sun room with sofa bed (extra cost), 2 bedrooms, a family bathroom and en-suite and a fully enclosed garden and private drive. Sorry no pets or vehicle charging permitted.

Stuffed full of lovely vintage things. It is situated in a very sunny corner of a quiet family run site, 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Near great pubs, perfect after a beach walk. Warm and cosy. No WiFi have a detox: talk, walk, play games, re-charge, rest... I really do try and make it special for you, come and stay :)

Verse End is a detached property with enclosed private patio area situated in the owners spacious gardens, on the edge of the popular village of East Rudham. The accommodation is ideal for a couple or small family. (Access to bed 2 is via bed 1. The shower room is on the ground floor). Situated in rural Norfolk the location is ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers or those wishing to explore the Norfolk coast and the abundance of stately homes in the area including Sandringham.

The Bakery Annex @ Sweetbriar Cottage - a charming, calm and cosy rural haven; pleasant for a holiday break at any time of the year. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

Sandpiper Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Thornham on the north Norfolk coast. The cottage is cozy and ideally located with proximity to nature reserves and beach walks. The property has a beautiful garden leading to a field where children, dogs and grown up can play. Sandpiper is ideal for couples with dogs and small families. It can sleep up to four people and is well equipped for a fun stay, with little hassle.
