The 3,500 sqft home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, new hot tub, fireplace and finished basement. Outside you can enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets, cozy fire pit and trails. Attached apartment has two big rooms, that sleeps 10 with a full bath; all connected by a huge deck with BBQ and firepit!

This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests include 2 kayaks with paddles, fun noodles and more.This lake house has 2 king rooms with new Serta hybrid mattresses. One of the king rooms also has 2 chairs that unzip and fold out into twin beds. The lakeview Queen room has a new Serta pillowtop hybrid mattress.
