The charming cabin comes with a fully furnished kitchen and ocean view dining. The master bedroom is upstairs over the main room of the A-frame and has an ocean view and half bath. The main floor has a full bath, queen bed and a pull out Comfort Sleeper queen bed plus a cozy pellet stove! Relax on the large enclosed oceanfront deck and enjoy the amazing sunsets!

Writer, reader, artist, collector, runner or meander-er, if you want to be right on the ocean, this is it! Walk through our front lawn, scramble down rocks to the smelt sand beach to hunt for agates or explore the tide pools, or head down the nearby 804 trail to a 10 mile long sandy beach. Dog friendly, people friendly! A short walk to restaurants, shopping and city center. Our house has a private entrance road. Yachats is a village. and fun. EV ownerrs, there is level II charger in the garage.

Coast Road Cottage 2 - Seal Rock

This unique independent unit has a style all its own. Charming one bedroom unit with open living concept - kitchen, dining area, bedroom, and work space. Private bath with walk-in closet. Excellent, easy path down to the sandy beach. Front windows and deck are west-facing with some ocean view. Large yard, two decks, and outdoor hot tub, all for your use only. Seal Rock State Park is nearby, as are Newport to the north and Yachats to the south. 12% of rental fee is paid to the County for taxes.

Enjoy evening sunsets, star gazing and whale watching from the large cedar deck.The cottage has cozy furnishings, white shiplap walls, granite counter top, tiled open shower with endless hot water. During stormy wet weather, enjoy the comforts of home by taking in a movie from a variety of complimentary DVD selections, free wi-fi, cable tv, coffee/tea with a microwave and fridge. No Kitchen.

With two large balconies facing the ocean there is ample room to take in the breathtaking views with friends and family! Have a soak in either of the two ocean facing hot tubs, each with their own outdoor shower. When the day is done, have the best sleep of your life in the organic latex mattresses and silky bamboo sheets.

With a 270 degree view of the Pacific Ocean, Alsea Bay, and the town of Waldport all from the private "deck of your ship" which is the main living space. The view, the private stairs directly to the beach, pet-friendliness, beach toys and crab pots to borrow will make for an unforgettable experience.

This home is equipped for adults and families with children. 15 minutes from Newport's Oregon Coast Aquarium and Yachats with all its charms are within 10 minutes. Our home is nestled between the ocean and Alsea Bay where you can personally catch the best local dungeness crab from a rented boat or off the dock. Community pickle ball court and pool!
