A stunning Coastguard's Cottage nestled in the heart of beautiful Winterton-on-Sea, Captain's Nook has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests and 2 dogs in comfort. The beach is a 5 minute stroll and the pub and all local amenities can be found just a few minutes from the cottage. Captain's Nook has a cosy yet spacious living/dining room with woodburner and a well equipped kitchen and family bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a bunk room. Our beautiful 1930s house was totally renovated & extended in 2019 with a stunning kitchen/dining room and new bathrooms. Please note that before every visit all hard surfaces, door handles, light switches & stair handrail are all cleaned and disinfected by a professional cleaning company. It is a fabulous family home sleeping 9 and perfect for two families or a holiday with your extended family members. There’s a large dog friendly secure garden and we’re only 15 minutes walk from the beach.

Grade II listed Country Cottage

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

My place is close to The Broads with a Nature Reserve nearby. We are on the Weavers Way long distance path and Norwich is only 30 mins away, and North Norfolk only 40 mins. The nearby coastline (15 mins) has unspoiled beaches and in winter Grey Seals have their pups. You’ll love my place because of The peaceful location, countryside, wonderful wildlife and dark starlit skies. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Westdene, a unique family bucket and spade cottage

Our family has been holidaying at Westdene for four generations and it just gets better every year! Whatever time you choose to visit this unique part of Suffolk, there is a never-ending list of things to do. We have Netflix or Monopoly for the few rainy days and bikes and outdoor table tennis for sunny days. The house feels so spacious, but you will feel instantly at home. We are five minutes walk from the sea; two minutes from the pub; four minutes from the boating lake and golf club.

Close to Cromer, Overstrand and Mundesley, and with easy train links to Norwich; Victoria Cottage is a family friendly haven away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet and peaceful, the village of Southrepps is surrounded by fields and countryside, with two excellent pubs, a beautiful church with 15th century tower and a lovely community feel.

'Beachside' is a family owned cottage, that welcomes dogs and is minutes from the beach, located in Rainbows End holiday park. This spacious and quiet park is situated within 13 acres of mostly grassland which is perfect for family games and dog walking. An ideal base for relaxing and visiting the many varied attractions of Norfolk.
