Primary bedroom facing lake plus 2 guest bedrooms, fabulous well stocked kitchen with double oven and a large fenced yard. Excellent fishing year round from the dock and 3 kayaks available. Private HOA boat ramp close-by. Pets welcome with fee. One 1 hour from Dallas and a short drive to Canton Trade Days, food and entertainment.

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

We are one of the few PET FRIENDLY hosts (with a max of 2 dogs) for an additional fee of $10 a night per pet to cover additional cleaning costs, as well as a $30 a night dock use fee- so bring your boat!

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This tree house is sitting on stilts among trees where a beautiful oak tree comes through the elevated outside dining patio area. The tree house is located on our 15 acres of wooded property with approx. 1 mile in walking trails in the woods on the property for exploring and observing wildlife. Our guests frequently notice our deer and other woodland creatures who share this space with us.
