We are a short distance (3.5 blocks) from the beach stairs (241 steps); a beautiful bluff-front park (Douglas Family Preserve); Shoreline Park; close to great restaurants; a lovely organic market; and just a short drive (~7 minutes) to State Street and Santa Barbara's famed Funk Zone.

Take a different path (.4 mi each way) toward local @CaptainFattys microbrewery (check IG for wood fired pizza and events).

It is a beautiful 30-minute walk or 5 minute drive to the marina and Stearns' Wharf, 5 minute drive to downtown.
