With over 50 feet of dock space you can rent a boat or bring your own to dock up during your stay. If staying on land is more your speed this space is perfect. The deck is raised for great views of passing manatees and other wildlife. High speed internet, beds for 8 (2 queen pull out sofas in living room), full kitchen, games, & more!

It sits amid towering old trees, directly across the street from a nature preserve and its large 28' porch overlooks the water. Canoe and kayaks are included. Ideally located so close to the river yet without the crowds of kayakers constantly passing by, you'll enjoy the Old Florida charm and peace offered here.

A beautiful peaceful cozy family and pet friendly 3/1 home in Dade City. For a memorable vacation; why not stay in an unforgettable home while enjoying an environment surrounded by nature. Minutes from Down Town, groceries stores and restaurants. We don’t allow 3rd party bookings without approval, if you book-you must be present. Full kitchen stock with basic cookware, laundry and dishwasher. Stainless grill in the covered patio with outdoor sitting and a TV. Great for walking or bicycling.

Angie's Acre is found in a wooded area of single family homes where Florida's Nature Coast really begins! Miles of walking roads run through the area. Located 5 miles from the Chasshowitzka boat ramp it offers an undisturbed woodland hideaway. 10 miles south is world famous Weeki Wachee Springs. To the north are Homosassa and Crystal River where fishing and boating is second nature. Boat parking available on site. Make yourself at home and enjoy the fenced wooded acre. Pets welcome!

2 bedroom 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood. private pool with privacy screen lanai. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. Master has queen and private bath. Guest room has queen and set of bunk beds. Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, washer & dryer, wifi, smart TV, patio furniture and gas grill. Great location! Busch Gardens and Tampa attractions 45 minutes away! Many other attractions, including beaches, only minutes away! This is a pet friendly home.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on a beautiful freshwater canal UP STREAM. Fishing at its finest. Manatees frequent this home. Quick 5 min paddle to main Weeki Wachee River which is paradise, crystal clear water for miles. Screened in back patio and huge docks! Kayaks included. 8 people maximum. TV’s in every room with quick wifi. Did I mention the waterfront view??? Amazing. You will be very happy here and make beautiful memories.

"The Blue Grotto" Entire Home, Weeki Wachee River

Relax and unwind, on the river with family and friends! This quaint 3 bedroom offers the perfect location to meet all your vacation needs! Minutes away from casual dining to fine dining at Brians Place! Jump in the water and go for a swim or use the 2 person canoe, 1 person kayak and 1 person paddle board that the property offers to see Manatees. The hurricane destroyed the dock in the pictures. We had a new dock built but it is different from the pictured one.
