Nestled in open countryside next to our vineyard on the outskirts of Bishop's Stortford, an ideal base to explore East Herts & North Essex or visit London & Cambridge. The Cowshed is a recently converted barn sleeping 5, complete with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy seating around a woodburner. Egyptian cotton linen and black out blinds in all bedrooms. Outdoors enjoy the wood burning hot tub, feed the chickens, take a stroll round our lake or discover the zip wire in the wood!

Black Squirrel Barn, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath barn

Black Squirrel Barn is a converted 3 bed 2 bath barn. It is completely self contained so you have your privacy but I am close by to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk. There are many countryside walks and cycle paths running from the house yet the A1M is minutes away. A PET CONSIDERED BY REQUEST ONLY BEFORE BOOKING (£20 per week)

The Barn at Blackwell Lodge is a cosy, converted living space with a double bed in the loft space and a small sofa bed in the living area. The unit is self contained and has heating, a kitchenette with a fridge, and a new bathroom with rain shower. The little barn offers privacy with a patio and access to the well known (and beautiful!) Chess Valley walk that crosses at your doorstep. The quaint village of Latimer and the towns of Amersham and Chesham (25 mins from London) are nearby.

The Dovecote: unique self-contained 1bed barn stay

Recently renovated barn to a genuinely high spec - Grade II listed 'Dovecote' located on a working arable farm in a lovely remote setting in the Essex countryside. Situated next to a small duck pond, overlooking the farmyard/old stables/etc as well as the local church, The Dovecote is a two-storey brick and oak framed building finished to a truly high standard. Peaceful and remote with its own courtyard, the Dovecote has an elevated location in the otherwise undeveloped yard.

The accommodation comprises of four good-sized, newly decorated rooms, all closed off from the owners who live in the other part of the barn but who are on hand should you need them.

Its warm and authentic feel makes it ideal for a getaway, mini country break or a relaxing space during the working week.

The barn is approximately 214 years old and situated in an English cottage garden on the doorstep of Woburn Abbey with lots of gorgeous walks in the beautiful countryside. The Abbey entrance gate is 0.2 miles away, you can walk through the deer park & extensive grounds. A public footpath takes you to the Elephant house & beyond. We are on the route of the famous Greensand Ridge & boast a lovely local pub the "Rose & Crown", serving good British food.
