Entire second floor, PRIVATE, separate entrance, keypad entry. Includes large multipurpose room, bedroom, private bath with shower, deck, lake view. Spacious, large windows, bright yet cozy. Well-lit entry. Whether for business or pleasure, guests enjoy room to spread out with the comforts of home . Server with coffee, tea, small frig and utensils. (No kitchen) Quiet, midtown neighborhood. Make sure 'quiet after 11' (settled in or walking softly) works for you. It's not for everyone!
