Pet friendly unit provides a queen bed and a private bathroom in the primary bedroom, full bed in the guest bedroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests. Amenities include a second private bathroom, W/D, TV, and WiFi. Kitchen comes with full appliances, microwave, cookware and utensils; the linen package includes pillows, sheets, blankets, and towels. Outside is a covered front porch and concrete driveway for easy parking; most units also include a covered carport.

Bring your fishing boat and park it in one of the docks (first come, first serve) and enjoy fishing. (Host has fishing rods). There is also a fish cleaning station.

You can fish from the docks, bring or rent a boat, and park it right in your backyard -- docks are first come first serve. The property also boasts a boat slip, which is for use by all residents and guests of the community.
