This luxuriously furnished self contained home is nestled in a bush-clad hillside in Paihia, known as the 'Winterless North,' the Bay of Islands is a cluster of over 144 islands. This 3 double bedroom home is tastefully furnished with quality fittings. Beach views from the main lounge and 3 separate decks. It is fully self-contained, modern and spacious. Only a 7 minute walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The home has a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

Waimate Cottage Charming rustic cottage with private patio & garden area provides the ideal peaceful setting in Waimate North, an area steeped in history. Upstairs, a queen & two king singles. Downstairs a modern kitchen and washing machine, lounge has a sofa bed, outside is table seating and a bbq on patio surrounded by natives and gardens. Only 5 minutes by car to Beach, Cafes, Supermarket and Golf course. Fantastic walking tracks from Haruru Falls....we also have another place Dargaville " Pouto Peninsula Farm cottage".peaceful place on the farm.

Fun in the Sun

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in the sun. Adults upstairs (breath taking views) kids/Teenage pad downstairs. Two TV's one upstairs and one downstairs. Fibre internet office setup. 13 min walk to the beach downhill maybe a few mins longer up hill. Kayaks for use on hand trolleys. Driveway is steep at entrance but room to turn around (the views are worth it). One or two fur baby upon application not fenced.

Country Cottage 5 mns 90 Mile Beach.

Originally farm house set in private rural setting 5 mins from 90 Mile Beach ,awesome location .Plenty of space ,family and pet friendly. Ideal stop off on way to or from the Cape. Fully equipped and comfortable.This location is 15 mins from the township of Kaitaia with its many shop and restuarants , 5 mins from Awanui with has 2 dairies, takeaway , petrol station. The Waipapakauri Hotel is 3mins away and serves bar meals.
