Overlooking a 3/4-acre pond, this 550 sq ft lower-level studio has a private patio, 2 entrances, full bath, queen bed and newly installed kitchen (after 3/15/24). TV has access to Netflix, Disney plus, Prime Video, and other Roku channels (no cable). Wi-Fi is continuous with listing and space has private access to heat/AC controls. Entrance is via keypad lock. Little Lodge in Hemlock

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. This tiny home used to be a hunting lodge and we have renovated and updated the space to be a peaceful spot for whatever brings you out our way. We like to think of it as the bee keeper’s lodge. Close to Hemlock, Canadice, Honeoye, and Conesus lakes for hiking, fishing, kayaking, or picnicking. Or enjoy a night in! There is a gas grill, patio, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a game shed out back.
