Stunning log-sided cabin built in 2019 sitting on exposed granite bedrock with panoramic mountain & water views. You'll have private use of the entire cabin, including 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, a dresser and large closets. You'll enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Cook Inlet and Mount Susitna and, on clear days, part of the Alaska Range, two volcanoes and downtown Anchorage. Convenient for Anchorage area activities/adventures and a great staging location for day trips north or south.

It offers the best of both worlds being located on the Parks Highway for easy access to all your day trips and a short 300' walk to the Little Susitna River in the backyard!

Simple Alaskan Beauty Cabin

A "Tiny Cabin", there is 1 full bed. No sleeper sofa. The kitchen counters are refurbished old barn doors, the long wall is pallet wood, the wood floors have been torched and sealed for a rustic look. The cabin is 12x20, perfect for two guests and a small child can sleep on the loveseat (not a pullout) There is one full bed in the cabin. It is a dry cabin, (no ability to shower) We do provide a counter top water system (5 gallon jugs) to freshen up and bottled water in the refrigerator.

True cabin style living with a queen bed in the bedroom, a full bed in the loft area, and a queen-size pull-out bed (the most supportive, and comfortable you've ever slept on) on the main floor. Close to the Wasilla Airport, Menard Sports Center and Parks Hwy, perfect for all the tournaments and shows at the Menard. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Come, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors! Read, walk, watch the sky, and unplug. 1 mile off mile 68 of the Parks Highway. Located near Willow Lake, close to public access, and the official start of the Iditarod dog sled race. Marked trails for snow machines, cross country skiing, and dog sled teams. Kayaking and boating on Willow Lake with several fishing spots in the area. Deshka River, Willow Creek. Gas, food, medical, churches. A great spot year round!
