This 2 bedroom apartment is centrally located between the beach front and main road all within walking distance. An open space dining room, lounge and kitchen with a small balcony off the lounge, to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and views. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower bathroom with another small balcony. The second bathroom has a bath with shower option and is situated next to the second bedroom. The building has a communal pool and on street parking. Perfect for families!

We have solar! A designer's den, really close to all amenities. Over 300 reviews. We have been doing this for a while ! This is a cosy cottage -it has everything from Shower and bath, aircon and a outside area.Tygerberg Hospital and Univ Stellenbosch business school within 5min drive. CT airport is 14km away , CT cbd -22km. Grocery store 2m walk away. Uber operates here. Safe parking behind gate and elec fencing. Ideal for kne person for a short stay.

Reduced due to building works next door, Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm. Ideally located 700m from the beach, solar heated swimming pool, outside area with bbq, table and chairs and Mobelli patio furniture, sunbeds, garden and separate deck. Sea views, wi-fi, Netflix. 5 mins walk to Camps Bay strip. Fibre optic internet. NOT affected by loadshedding. Building work will be completed 1/6/25

Glen Valley Cottage

House nestled in a valley between mountains. Lovely mountain views with established garden with large trees, grass and trampoline. Quiet neighbourhood. Green belt within 5 minutes walk with stables and river with waterfalls. 5 minutes to the warm waters of Glencairne beach. 10 minutes from Boulders penguin beach. Shops, restaurants, bottle store all within 5 minutes.
