The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

Romantic Getaway when you stay under the stars at our mancave retreat. This property is on 122 acres of rolling hills, pecan trees and crop land. We harvest pecans every year and sell them to locals, whole, cracked and shaken. We also do custom cracking. The mancave comes with a full size bedroom with television upstairs, futon, full bath, kitchen/bar/living room area. There are four smart TVs including one one on the patio. You can choose to sit and watch TV from the hot tub or inside.

Hookups for an RV as well! Sleeps up to 15 people. Includes wifi, two smart tv's, full eat-in kitchen with wood burning stove, huge great room with bar, pool table, darts, and functional stone fireplace. Two outdoor sitting areas, fire pit, picnic table and gas grill. Firewood provided.
