Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!

Cottage has a fully equipped galley kitchen, dining room, cosy lounge, and large conservatory. There are 2 king size beds and 1 small adult/child bed. All bedrooms have smart TV's, free wifi and Netflix. All bedding, towels and luxury dressing gowns provided. Outside there is a BBQ, chimnea and seating area. The location is very private and surrounded by open countryside. Access to indoor heated pool for 1 hour per day this must be booked)
