This contemporary chalet in the Redwoods is bathed in sunlight and is a short stroll to the Mad River & 10 minutes drive to HSU/downtown Arcata, and 15 minutes north to beaches of Trinidad or south to Eureka. Includes shared Hottub w/ sign up sheet to reserve your own 30-60 min. tub times. Healthy place for Staycation/work away from home. No pets allowed.

Walking Distance! Cottage

My guesthouse is a few blocks from the Arcata plaza, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, art and culture. It is a 10 minute drive to beaches, 20 minute drive to scenic Trinidad and you can walk or bike to the marsh. You’ll love my place because it is near the heart of Arcata. Everything is at your fingertips. A couple blocks off the plaza means you will get the access without all the noise; a great combo. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

AVENUE OF THE GIANTS. Two fully furnished sleeping cabins and redwood campground on 15 private acres with river frontage.. Near Redwoods State Parks. Swim, kayak, sing around the campfire. Pet-friendly. Hot outdoor shower. Two bathrooms. 12 guests allowed, Cabins for 4. Bring tents and sleeping bags. No trailers. Not an event venue... insurance and septic will not accommodate) Fresh water, outdoor kitchen and picnic tables, cook top & BBQ. Grocery, gas and cafes less than a mile away.

Cottage by the Sea

Enjoy a cozy, warm inviting studio and be gently rocked to sleep by the sound of the ocean waves. A short walk to the beach and lagoon. The Cottage is located across the street from the ocean, and surrounded by the forest. Quiet and private space to relax and unwind. Visit the redwoods, hiking trails, lagoons and of course, the ocean and beaches, all from the comfort of this inviting little "Cottage by the Sea" ~CDC cleaning/sanitizing guidelines for COVID19 are being implemented

Ferndale's Sweet Retreat

Ferndale's Sweet Retreat is just two blocks from main street, it is walking distance to many of Ferndale's great restaurants, and shops! We have a three bedroom house each bedroom has a King bed and In addition we have two pull out sofa beds one is a queen and one is a full that are both located upstairs in the family room. All bedrooms have their own TV, 5 total in house. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a large meal.

Red Barn Cottage, Cozy and Charming

The Red Barn Cottage is located within walking distance of the Victorian village of Ferndale. The Cottage is a charming, separate studio with a private entrance, gated patio, full kitchen and bathroom. We provide wonderful amenities including coffee, teas, continental breakfast items and snacks for our guests. A small to medium size dog is allowed but with our approval and an additional nonrefundable pet fee.

Trinidad Bluff House - panoramic, whitewater view

Secluded bluff-top house on a private lane has ocean views up and down the coast. The cottage is perfect for a quiet retreat or a family vacation. Look for whales from the 40-foot living room, check out the surfers, or watch nesting seabirds on the rocks below. (All photos are taken from the house.) Fall asleep to sounds of the surf. Walk to pristine beaches.

The Front Porch offers boutique lodging and a one of a kind of outdoor spa experience with private soaking tubs and a custom cedar sauna. Hidden in the heart of Arcata, this cute and cozy studio is within walking distance to Arcata's Plaza with local shops, amazing restaurants, microbreweries and more.

Redwood Coast Farmhouse

Come down our hundred foot long, private driveway. On the other side of the green gate, is our 9 acre small scale, working farm/ranch. Pull in and park in your two designated parking spots. The furnishings are very tasteful, mid century, modern. Organic linens and bedding help make things comfortable.
