A beautiful custom built loft space located 15 minutes from downtown Arcata and Cal Poly Humboldt in a rural setting with views to the hills in the east and sunsets to the west. Minutes from the Mad River Brewery, Mad River swim holes, Dell Arte International, Honey Comb Coffee, Blue Lake Casino, and the Logger Bar. Equipped to host just two optimally, but up to four guests — it has a queen bed in the snug bedroom, and a double (full-size) sofa bed in the living area. Our garage makeover project created a home with a small footprint but big on style. Blocks to the Arcata Plaza, near shopping, dining & bars.
