Unique beach house next to sea, lake and RSPB

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

A modern, fresh fully refurbished 2 bedroom bungalow. Set in a quiet residential area in the coastal village of Heacham. Perfect for visiting Royal Sandringham, the beach and all the pretty coastal villages that Norfolk has to offer and not far from the seaside town of Hunstanton. The bungalow offers a conservatory, sun room with sofa bed (extra cost), 2 bedrooms, a family bathroom and en-suite and a fully enclosed garden and private drive. Sorry no pets or vehicle charging permitted.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.
