Situé au 1er étage, il dispose d'une chambre avec un lit double ainsi qu'une cuisine ouverte sur le salon avec un canapé convertible. La salle de bains a une douche à l'italienne, plan vasque et WC. La terrasse sur le toit de 45m2 est privative. Elle dispose d'une cuisine, table et banquette face à la mer.
