Modern 2300 sq ft designer home with hot outdoor shower, patio, firepit, bbq grill, hammock, roof deck, bikes, surf/boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and towels for relaxing at the beach together. The house is a 250-yard walk to a pristine private beach for guests and near beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, parks and nature trails.

Direct Oceanfront 3 Story With Rooftop Terrace!

Vero Beach, a hidden gem nestled direct on Ambersand Beach, the heart of the Treasure Coast with incredible views from the rooftop terrace. The views are incredible from the large rooftop terrace with seating/lounge chairs to sunbathe and enjoy the sunrise from the Atlantic with your coffee and the sunset overlooking the Indian River with your cocktail. For the active ones, we have two double seat kayaks to drop in the lagoon across the street and two beach cruiser bikes. Views for days!

You've found your perfect South Beach location with this centrally located beach apartment. Walk across the street to the beach or next door to fantastic restaurants. This apartment was newly renovated in 2020 from top to bottom. This unit has two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a private, tree-filled deck with attached screened patio. There is off-street parking for two vehicles as well. (Optional) pool access at nearby hotel for a small, one time fee. 30 day furnished rental.

Tucked away you'll find the home on the dead end of a road on a double lot. Wonderful privacy in the pool area/backyard. This newly renovated ranch is super comfortable and has an easy floor plan. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. The studio next door is owners quarters, with no shared walls, it is separated by the carport as seen in the pictures. Guests always have exclusive unshared access to the pool and lanai area.
