Our extremely private 10 acre property is what we like to call " The Ultimate Escape" from the hustle and bustle of life, yet we are centrally located to all of what Northern Michigan has to offer. -6 Minutes from I-75 Ramp -7 Minutes from Downtown Indian River -25 Minutes to Mackinaw City -30 Minutes to Gaylord -30 Minutes to Petoskey -30 Minutes to Harbor Springs

Beautiful Log Cabin on the River with Hot Tub

Bring your boat, we have 150' of dock!! Launch next door. Riverfront cabin in the woods with a hot tub overlooking the water. The cabin is very comfortable & is ready for guests to enjoy! It has 3 bedrooms & can comfortably sleep 6 people. Very private with ducks, swans, deer and a bald eagle to enjoy! Only house in area is in our family as well so no neighbors. Escape technology (no internet or cable but Verizon and AT&T have coverage) & enjoy peace & quiet! Please note no air conditioning.

Pa's Retreat a Cozy Cottage for Fishing Families

Amazing fisherman's paradise. Burt lake access across the road & boat launch is just 1/2 mile away. Lots of parking. Lots of space inside to get ready for a day on the lake and for prepping family meals. This place is ideal for humble fishing families looking for a warm bed, hot shower, good meal, and a great time in the woods! We are off the beaten path, 15 minutes to town. Unfortunately, there is NO TV or WiFi, and cell service can be spotty. Perfect place to turn off electronics & get away!

Cozy, rustic One room cabin.

One room rustic cabin with private bath Sleeps 4 max comfortably. Small refrigerator, coffee pot ,microwave, outdoor firepit, and outdoor propane grill. Heat in cabin is a propane space heater and electric space heater. Overlooking small pond. We currently have bald eagles and golden eagles sighted daily. Close to the snowmobile trail, 4-wheeler trails, horse trails and the Pigeon River State forest. I-75 does run along side of property, but has a tree line which blocks the sight of it.

Quiet, secluded, quaint, surreal yet so perfect for your Up North stay-cation. This 1950's vertical log cabin has been fully remodeled while keeping the original rustic charm. This 2 bed/1 bath cabin is within a mile of the Sturgeon & Pigeon Rivers on 10 acres. A firepit, bbq grill and entertaining area allow you to take in mother nature. Surrounded by whispering pines this tranquil property is sure to recharge your mental spirit while listening to a wildlife symphony out your front door.

Cozy Up North Apartment

Clean, cute, and welcoming! Vanderbilt is a small, quiet town. For more things to do, visit Gaylord (8 miles), Boyne City (15 miles) or Petoskey (20 miles). This historic property dates back to the 1930’s so please note this home is old and has a wall furnace in the living room, & closing the bedroom doors can make it colder in there during the winter months. There are space heaters in both rooms. The locked door in the master bedroom is my cleaning closet, if questions please ask.

Disconnect at our Ski Chalet in Nubs Nob

Newly remodeled A Frame Cabin in the woods of Hidden Hamlet in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Located in the little neighborhood at the base of Nubs Nob Ski Resort, this is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees. Currently we are renting this as an open bedroom loft with a queen bed. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper on the main floor, but you know the comfort level of those... Boyne Basecamp for Adventure

Enjoy easy access to everything UP NORTH from this perfectly located home base. This 1 bedroom w/ queen size bed 1 full bathroom apartment and fully equipt kitchen. This location is ideal: 1.6 miles to Boyne Mountain, 6 miles to Boyne City downtown, 16 miles to Petoskey, 7 miles to Walloon Lake, and 5 miles to Thumb Lake. We welcome your well-behaved dog! The Little Bear Cabin on the Hill is nestled in the woods off of M-32. It is surrounded by Lakes, State Land, and Golf Courses. Great location for golfing, hunting, swimming, boating, fishing, ORV Trails, and a getaway from it all...Bring your ATVs, fishing poles, floaties, boats, kayaks, jetski, and the family. Oh and don't forget your pets they can come too! Great for the Summer & Fall seasons!!
