The cabin is a short walk to a marina with boat rentals, 5 minutes from excellent restaurants and stores, and a short Hill Country drive from wineries, trails, breweries & dance halls.

We are actually NOT near Leander, we just have a Leander address. We are near Volente and Lake Travis. ** If you wish to only rent out the upstairs of the home instead of the entire house for a lower nightly rate, please message me! ** Enjoy this hilltop spacious home with rustic decor. Lake Travis is currently having a drought and there is not water under the dock. The home is truly beautiful and the property is huge. Please note, this location is not good for giant loud parties.

The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables. Bedford Haven- Dog Friendly Home w/ Lake Access

Enjoy sitting out on the back deck with a cup of coffee or watch some TV with the family, launch one of the kayaks or SUP from one of the POA parks in the neighborhood just a few houses down, bring your boat & use the POA boat ramp, swim or fish at one of the POA parks, or just sit back and relax inside this cozy home. There are plenty of indoor & outdoor games as well as multiple TV's. This home is perfect for overflow to another rental in the neighborhood as well.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
