Cozy, stylish, spacious and renovated house. It is located in a quiet and very convenient location, for visiting shops (Walmart, Publix, Costco, etc.), restaurants, next to I-295, NAS JAX BASE. The beach is 30 minutes (equipment: beach chairs/towels/umbrella, beach cart, children's sand toys). The house has 4TVs, a crib, a play area for kids with toys in the living room. Free parking: garage -2 cars, driveway-4 cars. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, spices, tea and of course coffee. Welcome!

Shady Oak Guesthouse

Enjoy your stay at this shady oak guesthouse. It is located on our 2 acres of land with the view of a neighboring lake. Don’t let the size fool you, it has a queen size bed, small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee. The eating area can double as a workspace if needed. It has a full-size bathroom as well. It has a brand new ac and air purifier. It has outdoor seating, privacy fence and keyless entry. Minutes away from JIA, River City Marketplace, the Zoo and the Cruise terminal.

Inside the home is a beautiful decorated full-size kitchen, and comfy living/dining room etc. In addition you have access to Lake in back for fishing. Our stylish home is located near downtown Jax area, you will have easy access to Walmart, restaurants, 20 mins to the beautiful beaches, Blue Springs, historic sites, NASJax, airport, seaport, & college campus nearby and many other attractions. Awesome sunsets - Silver Sands is one of the few area lakes that is full and natural spring fed. Water is crystal clear and soft yes soft. 2 private decks, laundry room, and 2 carports. Two kayaks, Lake front swimming and fishing - come relax. 5 minute drive to groceries and gas. New fast WiFi , interior paint and metal roof. Pets are welcome but don’t we do charge a fee. We also charge a late checkout fee. Fireplace is not in service. RV pad with electric and water at 100 night option .
