We have 2 small dogs, if you are scared of dogs it’s not the place for you There’s a swimming pool but it’s not heated Guest Toilet & bathroom is at the back of our house approx 20 steps away from van with access 24/7 The caravan isn’t big! 15ft so only suitable for two people Please do not ask for late check in or out more than 1hr No cooking in van

There is a second double bedroom with shared bathroom and air-con. There is a third bedroom ground floor with private bathroom and a campervan with Patio.

This fully self contained granny flat is set on acreage. 10 minutes from Ipswich, Close to Rail. 15 minutes to Willowbank and Queensland Raceway. 30 minutes from Hiddenvale MTB. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba all around 1 hour drive. There is ample parking down the side of the property for large vehicles and trailers. Our family home is located adjacent to the granny flat. We are available whenever required. Within reason. The space is yours to enjoy along with our swimming pool.

We are located approximately 2kms from the highway, making it easy to explore Lockyer Valley, Somerset, and Ipswich. A 10-minute drive will take you to Rosewood and Marburg's local shops. Trailer parking is available if needed. If you are booking for two people who require separate bedrooms, a minimum booking of two nights is required.
