Front porch & back deck with views of forest & stars! Summer & winter mountain sports can be enjoyed. Pets or horses allowed w/fees. Guided horseback rides maybe available, advance requests & good weather required. Hike, ride horses or Mtn bikes on ranch & surrounding Seqouia Trails. Events at ranch require advanced approval & add costs.

Located in the center of the valley near every activity (Shirley Meadow skiing, Lake Isabella, Kern River, Sequoia National Forest), Note: Resort Fee is Temp Occupancy Tax imposed by Kern County, not my choice.

This property is 1 mile up a dirt road. The road can be steep and bumpy in places . We have had over 1200 people up here with no problems. This is just a disclaimer, so you are aware before you book. Bright and roomy newer 34 foot fifth wheel with four slides that sleeps 4 comfortably. Full-size kitchen as well as bbq area. Propane fire pit set up to take in the great views, or stargaze. Quiet and secluded with beautiful views of Lake Isabella. Minutes away from mountains, lake, and river.

Newly remodeled House in the heart of Kernville! This Home is perfect for entertaining comes with Mini Split AC/Heat units, Wifi, Netflix, lawn games and Ample parking. The area has so much to offer. Lake just down the road, river 1/2 mile away and mountains are great any time of year. Walking distance to downtown Kernville. Kern River Brewing 1 mile away. Rustic and cozy 1920s vintage time capsule cabin with mid century furnishings and original kitchen and appliances. Pet friendly! Unplug for a few days with NO WIFI/Internet. If you need these amenities, another place would be better. Hiking from your doorstep, Lake Isabella 10 minute drive down the hill, with boating, swimming, and fishing, and just a few miles up the road to Kernville, with white water rafting, fly fishing, and great restaurants alongs the Kern river. Peace and quiet!

Kern River and Lake Isabella 15 to 30 minutes away for all the water fun you could want. Horses and pigs will love treats and you can pre arrange a ride for only $40 extra.
