In the heart of Salzburg old town! 2 mins walk to Mozart wohnhouse and 1 min to Mirabel garden. All sightseeing spots in city are within walking distance. Close to restaurants supermarkets and shopping. Barrier free. Newly renovated flat in a hundred years old building. Great mixture of historical charm and modern comfortableness. This is our home and we rent it out when we are traveling. It is perfect for family with kids but offers a good holiday place too for couples or group friends.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, vom Geschirrspüler über Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab, 2xTV. Mit Sauna, Garten, Terrasse.... Zum Stausee sind es 3 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt unweit vom Haus. Im Sommer gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und die Möglichkeit, sich zu erfrischen. (200m v.Haus). Gasthaus, Bongos Pizza und Dorfladen 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Our chalet was renovated in January 2019! Our grandparents already hosted so many happy guests. We now designed it new, bright and friendly. When you rent you can enjoy the chalet's prime location with spectacular views over the Gastein Valley and its surrounding mountains. Ski lift, public thermal pool and restaurants are in short walking distance. Trail-heads start right behind the chalet - a Gastein paradise.

This house is perfect for a romantic weekend for a couple either, or for a group for a clubbable and cosy party. It has everything what you need if you have a family- It is also perfect to start a mountain hike. It is fully equiped for 10 persons, regarding kitchen an space . The house is completly renovated.
