Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

Chale Bay Farm - St Catherine's View

St Catherine's View at Chale Bay Farm is a quiet and comfortable two-bedroom/two-bathroom self-catering apartment. The air-conditioned living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer with dining and lounge space, smart TV, Blu-Ray and WiFi. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with a baby in a cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

This beautifully presented chalet is within an old vineyard in a woodland area on the outskirts of Ryde ,with stunning views around the property. Although secluded, it is just a short distance to Ryde town centre & beaches . The property boasts a living/dining room with a smart tv and dining table and chairs , one being a double sofa bed.. Walk in shower in bathroom.. The kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher… The bedroom can be made up as 2 singles or kingsize upon request.

Little Mount, Sea view,log fire,3 beds,nr Yarmouth

Little Mount is part of a magnificent Victorian house, set high on a cliff-top above a sandy bay perfect for swimming. The gardens boast a family of red squirrels, views across the sea to a lighthouse and the use of a gym in our own 'beach' hut. Close to Yarmouth ferry, Little Mount is the ideal place for a happy holiday all year-round, with family-friendly beaches & a balmy climate in the summer, cosy log fires in the winter & some of the finest walks in England.

Spacious 2 bedroom garden apartment (sleeps 4 - 6)

Spacious lower ground floor apt (1300 sq ft !), with new kitchen and wet-room. Accessed via its own front door and with rear access to a large private garden and patios. Space allows for flexible sleeping with additional single mattress' and sofa-bed to suit children. Set in a quiet location, the seafront is a few minutes walk and the town centre about 10 mins, with lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Please enquire about ferry discounts.

No 1 Ashey is a modern house with an abundance of space which makes it the superb base for larger families looking to holiday on the Isle of Wight.<br><br>The spacious lounge/diner offers a large leather sofa to seat all the family, furnished with modern decor, a Tv with Free view and Dvd player. A dining table to seat 8 is situated overlooking the garden with an extra Tv.
