A lovely annex in the heart of Freshwater Bay with a large garden. 1-minute walk to the Piano Cafe which serves great breakfast & lunches + just 50 metres further is Orchards, a handy local corner shop. Less than 10 minutes walk to beautiful Freshwater Bay beach and Tennyson Down walks. 10 minutes by car to the pretty Harbourside town of Yarmouth, the Needles & Totland, Colwell & Compton beaches. Tescos supermarket, local fishmonger, butcher & baker just 5 minutes drive away or all walkable.

Downs View Retreat Isle of Wight with HotTub,

The Lodge is situated on the best holiday park on the IOW and is located on the side of the park called Crosswinds. The patio deck looks onto Culver Down with great views. The park has a private beach and is close to the village of Bembridge which has a selection of great cafes and restaurants. The Island has many activities all year round which makes it unique among staycation locations. 4 bed holiday lodge with heated pool + 2 bed annex

The pool is open until Sept. Recently renovated, our lodge sleeps 6, over 4 bedrooms. 2 singles, 1 double & 1 Kingsize bed. We also have a 2 bedroom annex. Total occupancy is 10 people. If you require the house ONLY please contact me directly. The annex is only rented to the same party . Walking Distance to Cowes town centre. This charming lodge includes a fenced heated pool. It comes with an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit. We do not supply bath or pool towels.

Quercus, our annex, is a self contained one bedroom cottage, lounge, patio, kitchen, walk-in shower and dedicated parking set within an AONB. However not too far from local amenities and the town of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. 200 yards from bus stop and local pub within 20 mins walk. Prospective guests should note that the cottage is accessed by 2 steps to the front door and the same applies to accessing the rear garden. Once inside there are no further steps.

Sleeps 4, at a push, in three rooms including lounge. Cot if required. Toilet and shower room. Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, but no oven or hob. TV & Wifi. Laundry facilities available One minute walk from Red Jet. Outside seating on balcony with harbour view. Secure off road car parking. Perfect base for a couple with young children or sailors in a regatta. Sorry no pets.
