Very cute, cosy & arty ground floor apartment with a garden space. Centrally located near many transport connections. 20 mins to central London, 15 to King’s Cross and 20 to Camden. Quiet conservation area. Self contained with all kitchen mod cons and appliances, super comfy bed and bath! Beautiful big desk for a dedicated workspace and fast WiFi. Cosy hidey hole to transport you away from the bustle of central london. Please note there is no living room, just kitchen, double bedroom &bathroom.

Entire place 1 king Bed Flat in the center of Shoreditch Hoxton (zone 1). The location is very central (5 min walk to Hoxton Station, 8 min to Shorerditch High St station and 12 min walk to Liverpool St station and Old St Station) The flat (1st floor) is quiet as its facing a quiet road. There is a supermarket just underneath and there are many bars, restaurants, pubs cafes. There is a bus (55) just outside taking you directly to Oxford st 24h. Whilst being in central London, surrounded by vibrant city life. Described as "A gorgeous, candlelit, fairy land sanctuary", there is nothing quite like it. Living on a boat is can be like camping. Fortunately, mine is equipped with a fire, central heating, gas boiler, oven, gas hobs, fridge, hot shower and 2 double beds!
