The guest house is situated in the traditional village of Kioni, a hidden gem on Ithaca, which is well known to VIPs from the world of music & cinema! Your studio is a cool and comfortable space with nice sea view over Kioni bay. Only 5 mins walk to the beautiful port of Kioni and to many restaurants & bars. From its terrace you can enjoy amazing views of the Ionian sea, with its beautiful pristine sea & beaches. The terrace is SHARED with the studio next door, but each studio is independent.

The waterfront location provides an extensive view of Fiscardo, its lighthouse and the famous neighboring island of Ithaca.

The house is located on the picturesque beach of Cavos, in Ithaca (The beautiful and Pleasant home of the Homeric Odysseus.), 600m from the city center with Odysseus statue and 700m from the beach of the Dexia. Located on the sea overlooking the bay of Vathy and the picturesque island of Lazareto. Traditional Mediterranean house with 2 bedrooms, living room with balcony next to the sea, kitchen, bathroom and backyard. Suitable for companionship, boat owners and family.

Το Bellezza studio είναι ισόγειο διαμέρισμα εμβαδού 30τ.μ και χωρητικότητας έως 2 ατόμων. Βρίσκεται στο Βαθύ στην Ιθάκη σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία που εξασφαλίζει καταπληκτική και ανεμπόδιστη θέα προς τον φυσικό κόλπο, τη θάλασσα και τα γύρω χωριά. Διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο. Διαθέτει εξωτερικό χώρο 70τ.μ με τραπεζαρία εξωτερικού χώρου και ξαπλώστρες στην ιδιωτική πισίνα διαστάσεων 4μΧ6μ και βάθους 2.10 μέτρα.

Meliti is a one level cottage, consisting of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate 1 extra guest on the living room sofa bed, or maximum 2 kids. The house offers amazing sea views from all areas, especially the view from the bed will stay memorable. Relax in the cosy sitting room, prepare dinner or relax in the outside furniture enjoying total serenity, as well as the calming sound of the sea.

With a magnificent view of the bay of Argostoli, the spacious suite harmoniously combines modern decoration and high technology, satisfying the requirements of even the most demanding guests. The most impressive feature of the Veranda suite is the balcony, where you can spend several hours relaxing in the private Jacuzzi under the Ionian sun.

Casa Luminosa, Unique Home on Assos Sea Front

This two level house is located right on Assos Sea Front. You enjoy unobstructed views of the beach and Assos castle. All restaurants in Assos are less than 5 minutes away on foot. Inside the house you enjoy bright interiors with white wooden floors. You can enjoy the views from the spacious balcony on the lower level or relax in the large patio on the top floor with some cocktails at night.

Captain’s house

Το “Captain’s house” είναι ένα μεγάλο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στην παραλία του κέντρου της Σάμης της Κεφαλονιάς, με εξαιρετική θέα, μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και κοντά στο λιμάνι. Βρίσκεται επίσης κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σε καφετέριες και μπαρ. Σημείωση: Υπάρχει σκάλα που ανεβαίνεις στον δεύτερο όροφο όπου βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα.
