Step back in time at our 1880s historic church cabin. This "almost off-grid" glamping retreat offers rustic charm, fast WIFI (video calls, streaming, ethernet) and there's even a marina nearby. The cabin features a cozy, open-concept interior with original wood finishes, a charming stage area. Projector. Hot water, iron clawfoot tub. While there is no full kitchen, you’ll have a kitchenette perfect for light cooking or pre-prepared meals. Perfect for adventurers, artists, and solitude seekers.

Whether you are here to unwind, explore, or reconnect with nature this hidden gem will keep you tucked away while still enjoying all the comforts of home.

Enjoy staying off the grid in Gainesboro, TN. Our treehouse stands 20’ in the air for 360 degree views of the Roaring River. Relax at the propane fire table on the porch or start your own fire at the designated area on the riverbed. Our cabin comfortably sleeps 6 adults, utilizing cozy mattresses and lush bedding. Downtown Historic Gainesboro is just a short drive down the road with local shops, restaurants, and live music every weekend. You can also enjoy a serene kayak ride down the river!

Barnwood is on several walls to give you a more rustic feel while you're there. Upper large Master bedroom (24x27) has sitting area and private balcony to enjoy the lake and mountain views! Being just a few steps from the water makes this home a must stay. Boat ramp is less than a mile so you can bring your kayak/canoe /boat.

Waterfall lovers and hikers will love this location. Feel the peace on our big front and back porches overlooking the woods and yards. Sit around our fire-pit at night and sing and laugh. Watch as deer carefully cross the yard to the woods and creek. Our private country acre will calm your heart. Cummins Falls is only 7.8 miles away. The more adventurous can hike down to our creek. Great for families or groups up to 8. About 20 minutes from Tennessee Tech.
