Enjoy fishing at the lighted pier. You can bring your days catch back to the fish cleaning table at the house. Stop by and enjoy the FishVille restaurant down the road. Please note, this is not a "party house" for large groups. It is able to accommodate 10 -12 people but is not set up to host large parties.

This RV has two AC units for the hot Texas summers. 1/4 acre lot. Sunset view at pier is beautiful! There is a nice general store in the neighborhood with a small diner with great food. The city of Palacios is 12 miles. Pets are not allowed.

Come sit out under the stars and roast marshmallows at the fire pit. During the day, walk the trails and take in the beautiful scenery and wildlife or hit the pond for a little fishing. End your day relaxing on the porch under the large oak trees.
